What we store

• Account: display name, username, email address, password (stored only as a PBKDF2 hash — never in readable form), interface language, registration date.
• Content: the topics, replies and screenshots you post, plus any app version, device and OS details you enter.
• Technical: the browser identifier of your session and a short-lived counter used for rate limiting.

Why

To run the support forum: to answer you, to publish content after review, to notify you about replies, and to prevent abuse. There is no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking on this site.

Sharing

Content you post becomes publicly visible once approved. Your email address is never shown publicly. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing. Infrastructure runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2); email is delivered through our own mail server.

Retention

Account and content data are kept while your account exists. Notifications are deleted after 90 days; expired sessions and tokens are cleared nightly.

Your rights (GDPR / KVKK Art. 11)

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data. Write to appsupport@kalyndatech.com; we respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your account record; your published posts can be anonymised or deleted at your request.

Cookies

Two cookies only, both strictly necessary: your session cookie and your language preference. No tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner.
