Community rules

Version 1.0 — effective 2026-04-30

Everyone who joins Kalynda Community accepts these rules. Version + date are logged at signup.

  1. Respect. No discrimination by religion, language, race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability. No demeaning, mocking or exclusionary language. Disagreement is fine; attacks are not.
  2. Content. No profanity, slang, harassment — comments included. No pornographic, violent or hateful imagery. Don't upload content you don't own.
  3. No advertising. Commercial promotion, affiliate links, channel/product/service ads are forbidden. Official Kalynda Tech announcements excepted.
  4. Spam & manipulation. No cross-posting, no fake accounts, no vote rigging, no bots.
  5. Privacy (KVKK). Don't share another person's contact, ID, address without consent. Your own information shared is at your own risk.
  6. Copyright. Only post content you own or have permission to publish. Kalynda Tech receives a display right (not a license) to show your post on the platform.
  7. Enforcement. Violations result in the content being hidden or deleted; the account being suspended or banned. Severe cases may be reported to authorities.

Data controller: Kalynda Tech

Data processed: name, email, IP, session, content you publish.

Purpose: community service, account security, abuse detection.

Retention: while account active + statutory period (max 10 years).

Transfers: Vercel (hosting), Vercel Blob (media), Google (translation API).
